This is one of my favorite dishes for breakfast- the “Mii Lueang” which means the yellow noodle. I love the nutritious ingredients that were included in it. You could eat it with or without the soup.

I love yellow noodles too.
When we got home from Pennsylvania for a visit the other night, I asked hubby to buy some ready made soup at the grocery and we enjoyed it. Your soup is definitely delicious; makes me want to have more. Happy Easter !
